It all began in 2019 when God showed me that I could serve my community through experiences.
First, I hosted a one-day women’s conference, where women from all over Texas came to experience the power of connecting with people just like them. It wasn’t long before the conferences became bigger, longer, and further from my home base.
Now, being more experienced in this arena than ever, it’s time to integrate more of what’s important to me.
Wellness.
Wellness has always played a big role in life, especially being a soldier in the Army who trained for 30 years. While wellness looks different for me now, it has played a massive role in grounding me. My goal is to share these experiences with women who want to prioritize being well.
